The new reality series “In search of the Temple Treasure” involves uncovering a trove of gold and sacred artifacts believed to be buried in Southern Italy. Business partners Byron Jones and Michael Davis, join archeologist Ron Pappin and film producer Frank Caruso in their quest to unearth these secrets.
The partners became fascinated with the legend of King Alaric and the Temple treasure during an afternoon meeting with Ron and Frank at a remote lodge in Northern Ontario. Byron and Mike decided that afternoon to back the accredited archeologist since he holds the investigated facts of where to find the treasure. Mr. Pappin’s credentials include such finds as of the true mount Sinai, the empty ossuary of Jesus, countless documentaries of many other famous archeological discoveries.
The series exposes the dark history of these treasures which were looted by the Romans from the Grand Temple in Jerusalem(70AD) and in turn were seized by the Visigoth King Alaric(410AD). Recent archeological expeditions and fruitless searches by many others in the past few hundred years have never been this close. With base camp located in the picturesque romantic city of Cosenza, Italy, the team will search the hillsides which hold the secrets to the treasures built by King Solomon.
Important for their historical value the relics also hold the key to the re-construction plans of the new Temple in Jerusalem. The series explores various theories and will feature guest appearances of independent researchers from around the world to help pursue the Temple treasure.
